Essential Oils are precious little gems derived directly from nature. They are safe to use, beneficial to our health and have been proven to help with many ailments. With ADHD, we can help kids improve with aromatherapy (essential oil) roll ons.
Using essential oils can be confusing if you are just getting your feet wet. If you choose to mix your own blends, you must use precise measurements and if you want to preserve that precious gem, derived directly from the earth, you need to know how to store it (in a cool dark space).
Where do I start?
If you are just getting started with essential oils, you may want to consider purchasing a blend, or more simply a roll-on blend. Roll-on blends are premixed, diluted oils that are specifically used for a particular purpose, such as focusing your mind, or clearing congestion, or easing an upset tummy. Roll-on blends also take the mess of mixing the oils, out of the equation, for a head-ache free experience. They are for topical use only. A great way to start, but not as flexible as single oils or undiluted blends.
Next Steps? Which Brand?
Once you decide your objective or your mission, the next step is deciding which brand to use.
Let’s compare several brands. Young Living, doTERRA, Rocky Mountain Oils, and Edens Garden. All are 100% Pure grade oils, independently verified and tested for purity levels.
What About Dilution? Can the Entire Family Use?
Edens Garden Roll Ons are diluted per each specific mix. Please check for dilution before applying to children.
Young Living and doTerra do not list the dilution rates on their website therefore I’m unsure of the rate at the time of writing.
All of these brands can be purchased from Amazon, by clicking the pics below or from their individual websites.
